What it costs

€49/seat/mo, minimum 3 seats. Admins don’t count towards your seats — only the reps actually working accounts. Orbit runs alongside a channel plan rather than on its own.

Do you take a commission on our sales?

No, and we never have. The price you see is the price whether you put €20k or €900k a month through the platform. You only move tier when your volume does, and never mid-contract.

Is there a setup fee?

Not for B2B Storefront or Vision. Turnkey EDI has a one-time charge of €200 per retail partner, because every chain runs its own certification process. It is quoted in writing before you commit.

Do we have to buy all three channels?

No — most brands start with one. There are no dependencies between them, so Vision runs perfectly well with no storefront, and adding a channel later is a change you make when a customer forces the question.

What if only two of our customers need EDI?

Then you pay for two partner connections. It is priced per chain for exactly that reason — you are not buying an enterprise EDI platform, you are buying the two connections you actually need.

What happens if we grow past our tier mid-year?

Your tier is set from where your business is when you sign, and your price holds for the full term. Growing past it mid-year does not change your bill. We look at it together at renewal, against what you actually used.
