This policy describes what information Turis ApS collects about you, why we collect it, and how we use it. We try to keep it short and concrete. If anything’s unclear, email contact@turis.app.
Who we are
Turis ApS — Store Kongensgade 72C, 1264 Copenhagen, Denmark — Corp. No. 39658607. We’re the data controller for personal information collected through turis.app and through the Turis B2B commerce platform.
What we collect
When you visit turis.app
Standard server logs (IP address, browser, referrer, pages viewed), cookies for the theme toggle and analytics. We use a small set of cookies — see the cookie banner for the live list.
When you book a demo or sign up
Name, work email, company, and whatever you tell us about your channel mix and ERP. Used to contact you about the demo and to scope the integration.
When you use the Turis platform
Your account email and any data you upload to your tenant — customer lists, catalogs, orders. We store and process this on your behalf as a data processor. The data is yours; we operate on it to provide the service.
Why we collect it
To run the marketing site, respond to demo requests, deliver and maintain the Turis platform, send service emails, comply with legal obligations, and (for aggregated, anonymised data) improve the product.
Who we share it with
Sub-processors only — hosting, email, payment processing (Stripe), analytics. A full list is available on request. We don’t sell personal data and we don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. Aggregated anonymous data may be kept longer for product analytics. You can request deletion at any time — see Your rights below.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and export your personal data, plus the right to object to certain processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Email contact@turis.app to exercise any of these rights — we respond within 30 days.
Cookies
turis.app uses strictly necessary cookies for the site to function, and analytics cookies that you can opt out of via the cookie banner. We don’t use third-party advertising cookies.
Changes to this policy
We post material changes here with a one-month notice period. Continued use of the site or platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
