We’ve got the box you’ve been looking for

You know the feeling. You are creating some content, filling a form or creating a product and you have that piece of data that doesn’t fit anywhere.

With B2B eCommerce and wholesale one thing is for sure and that is that every business comes with its own set of requirements.

And with Turis you’re the one to decide the data structure and available fields for your account.

We allow users to create custom fields for multiple entities so whether you are looking to expand the data set on Products, Retailers, Buyers or even Sales Agents you can!

All you need to do is to navigate to the field editor, select the entity you want to create a (or several) field for.

But wait, I don’t need this new field for all my products.

Not a problem. When you create a new field for an entity in Turis you decide the rules and validation that goes with your new field. You can set it as required, optional as well as the type of content you want it to be filled with (to make sure that people don’t start filling it with something they aren’t supposed to – gotta love structure, right?).

Oh, and if the field that you are creating is relevant for your customers to see just go ahead and check the option for buyer visibility and we’ll make sure to show the field (if filled, of course) to your buyers so that they get this important information when they are browsing (and purchasing) your products. You can take some time to relax now as this will happen automagically 🔮

What if I’m uploading a bunch of new data or use the Turis API to send data, will I have to fill my custom fields via the interface (manually) afterwards?

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. The custom fields you create will be available in your bulk upload templates as well as the API so you can keep things on auto pilot.

Creating a good data structure is key to running your business digitally. Whether it’s for your wholesale business’ internal use or if it’s to support B2B eCommerce and giving your buyers all the information they need when they need it.
